Obituary of Helen M. Rampini

Helen M. (Shevock) Rampini, 95, of Glastonbury, wife of the late Francis R. Rampini, died Saturday May 30, 2015 at Manchester Manor. Born July 16, 1919 in Hastings, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Shevock. Helen grew up in Florence, MA and moved to Bloomfield, CT in 1948. She lived in Glastonbury for the past 17 years. Helen was an avid reader, loved to knit, travel and put together jigsaw puzzles. Helen is survived by her four children and their spouses; Sylvia and Ed Huestis of Columbia, MD; Donna and John Ruggiero of Glastonbury; Eugenie (Jeani) and Tim Kessler of Montara, CA; Margaret and Kurt Muscanell of Glastonbury. She also leaves seven grandchildren and their spouses; John F. Ruggiero (Lenore) of Glastonbury, Jennifer Hardy (Ross) of Glastonbury, Amy Ciruso (JonPaul) of Bedford, NH, Jason Huestis of Billerica, MA, Kasey Kessler of Montara, CA, Devon Kessler of Olympia,WA and Lisa Muscanell-DePaola (Peter) of South Windsor, six great grandchildren; Nicholas, Brandon, Hannah, Max, Emma and Matthew and a niece and a nephew. She was predeceased by her son Carl Rampini and two brothers and five sisters. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday June 3, at 11am in St. Paul Church, 2577 Main St., Glastonbury. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield. Friends may call at the Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury on Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30am.
