Obituary of Christopher F. Morway

Christopher F. Morway, 53, of Glastonbury, died, Sunday, May 17, 2015. He was born on September 23, 1961 in Hartford to Sperry T. and the late Audrey (Drusbacky) Morway. Christopher was a Union Ironworker out of the Local #15 for 34 years, retiring in 2006. He enjoyed auto racing, motorcycles, playing golf, and caring for animals. Besides his father he is survived by his brother, Thomas S. and his wife Susan, of Glastonbury, his niece Carolyn Morway and her husband Robin Neri, of Brooklyn, NY, his nephew Sperry Morway of West Hartford, and his niece Haley Morway of Glastonbury. Christopher is also survived by his longtime friends, Heidi Dillard of Manchester, and Dianne Manner of Glastonbury. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from 5p.m. to 7p.m. at Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. A private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
